You can return or exchange a product that you have purchased from our online store within 10 days from the purchase day and is the one indicated on the receipt. If the return is not made within 10 days, the company may not accept the return/change.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and in full packaging. In order to avoid your own inconvenience, please check when you return the goods. In order to avoid any inconvenience, please check upon delivery of the products their condition, their packaging and their type to detect any obvious defects. In any case, the returned items must be in the condition they were delivered to you, complete and without damage; their packaging must be in an excellent condition along with all the documents that accompany the product i.e. Shipping Note, Retail Receipt etc.
Τα έξοδα επιστροφής / αλλαγής επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη. Επιγραμματικά η επιστροφή / αλλαγή ενός προϊόντος είναι εφικτή υπό τις κάτωθι προϋποθέσεις:
- Contact us at 2341076477 or e-mail us at ofthalmorama.gr explaining the reason of the return.
- The return has to be within 10 days from the purchase date.
- Goods are not considered defective if they are not damaged or scratched.
- The goods must be in the condition in which you received them. This means that the packaging must not have been opened and must not have been used.
- All necessary documents must accompany the returned product.

If the product does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the recipient at his own charge.
Products that are defective or different from the ones ordered can be returned and be replaced immediately free of charge. Otherwise, your money, including the shipping cost, will be refunded after the return of the product.
Reimbursement/Refund Methods
Once you decide to return the goods you have purchased, you can choose which refund method you prefer. The possibilities given to you by our online store are as follows:
- Refund of your money - The way in which your money is refunded depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be refunded to you either by 1) cancelling your credit card charge, 2) by depositing the amount in the bank account you indicate to us, 3) finally, by sending a postal cheque if you had paid by cash on delivery. In any case, all commissions that may be charged by banks or transport companies are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Sending a new product - The new product can be the same or similar to the previous one or you can choose another product from our online store.
